We accept credit card and debit card which is securely processed via Stripe. We do not store or manage any of your card details, this information is handled by Stripe.

For larger orders that cannot be processed by credit card, please contact us for direct invoicing via bank transfer.

Our boxes and cans are recyclable. The can labels are also recyclable but should be separated from the cans before recycling.

We recommend you store your horchata out of direct sunlight. Horchata is best served chilled, but if you want a strong punch, drink your horchata at room temperature.

Be sure to shake well and consume on the day of opening.

Gretel & Belle ships within the UK. We ship via Royal Mail and aim to deliver your drink orders within 3 to 5 working days. Currently we do not offer international shipping.
