Yes, our boxes and cans are recyclable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card and debit card which is securely processed via Stripe. We do not store or manage any of your card details, this information is handled by Stripe.

For larger orders that cannot be processed by credit card, please contact us for direct invoicing via bank transfer.

Gretel & Belle ships within the UK. We ship via Royal Mail and aim to deliver your drink orders within 3 to 5 working days. Currently we do not offer international shipping.

All of our products are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with an order or have any questions regarding your delivery, please email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt and we’ll do our best to help.
