At Gretel & Belle, we are redefining how modern food and beverages are made, by formulating with taste first in mind. The world is filled with delicious drinks and foods, there’s no time like the present to explore them all.
We make great tasting horchata using the superfood tiger nuts. At the heart of Gretel & Belle is a desire to change how people consume. That means unique ingredients, innovative recipes and delicious drinks that leave an impression.
Gretel & Belle was born out of a wish to build a food system that is adventurous, sustainable and most of all, delicious. That’s why we are doing things a little differently. Right now, we are focussed on the launch of our coffee horchata range – rich, creamy and delicious plant based iced coffees paired with tiger nuts. Our horchata range is the first and only one of its kind in the UK.
Next, we’ll continue to challenge the status quo by using unique ingredients, developing exciting, forgotten foods and tackling the enormous food waste problem.
