How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders over £20.00 and £2.99 on all orders under £20.00.

Where and how do you ship?

Gretel & Belle ships within the UK. We ship via Royal Mail and aim to deliver your drink orders within 3 to 5 working days. Currently we do not offer international shipping.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

All of our products are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with an order or have any questions regarding your delivery, please email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt and we’ll do our best to help.
